Ondanks Covid19 is er klaarblijkelijk allemaal tijd en geld voor bij de korpsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">100% controle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het wijkteam van Merksem\/Luchtbal hield vorige woensdag een succesvolle controleactie. Er werd meer dan 18.000 euro aan achterstallige verkeersbelasting ge\u00efnd. De actie werd dan ook geco\u00f6rdineerd met de Vlaamse Belastingdienst. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sufferd<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u00e9n bestuurder maakte het wel erg bont. Deze gast bleek niet enkel niet verzekerd te zijn en achterstallige verkeersbelasting te hebben, maar vervoerde ook nog een flinke hoeveelheid drugs bestemd voor verkoop. Hij is gearresteerd en het voertuig werd in beslag genomen. Wat er met de drugs is gebeurd lezen we nergens terug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lachgas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Een ander opmerkelijk voorval was dat van een bestuurder die niet in orde was met zijn verkeersbelastingen. Die bleek 2 flessen lachgas in zijn kofferbak te hebben, die de politie uiteraard in beslag nam (mag niet in Belgi\u00eb?). Bij het verder doorzoeken van de auto bleek evenwel dat de man ook nog 9 zakjes marihuana, 3,5 gram coca\u00efne, 76 gram hero\u00efne en 180 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wapwinkel.com\/mini-gripzakjes-100-stuks.html\">gripzakjes<\/a> bij zich had, evenals een hoeveelheid cash geld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Van een vriend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De bestuurder werd aangehouden, maar deze verdedigde zich door te zeggen dat de auto van een vriend was. Die vriend kwam zich later bij de politie melden om de achterstallige verkeersbelasting te betalen, maar het lukte hem niet om de 2600 euro te vergoeden. Omdat de politie vermoedde dat hij betrokken was bij drugshandel werd ook deze man gearresteerd.
