Hij reed over de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wegenwiki.nl\/A9_(Nederland)\">N9<\/a> vanaf Julianadorp richting Alkmaar. De vrachtauto met oplegger vervolgde zijn weg over de A9. Bij Heemskerk kreeg de bestuurder van de politie een stopteken en is hij uiteindelijk aangehouden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Onder invloed van drugs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens de controle\u00a0bleek namelijk dat de bestuurder\u00a0onder invloed verkeerde van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wapwinkel.com\/smartshop\">drugs<\/a>, hij was tijdens het rijden niet handsfree aan het telefoneren en hem was\u00a0de rijbevoegdheid ontzegd om een vrachtwagencombinatie te besturen.\u00a0Deze ontzegging was\u00a0eerder opgelegd nadat hij drie keer eerder onder invloed in een voertuig was aangehouden. Daarnaast bleek nog een aantal overtredingen aan de vrachtauto, de APK-keuring was verlopen, de auto was niet verzekerd en het kenteken was geschorst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bloedproef<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Van de verdachte bestuurder, een 26-jarige inwoner van Den Helder,&nbsp;is een bloedproef afgenomen. Deze &nbsp;wordt onderzocht naar de mate van drugsgebruik. De bestuurder&nbsp;is een rijverbod opgelegd.
