Door drie maal daags 0,25 tot 0,5 g phenibut toe te dienen, verbeterden de intellectuele functies en de lichamelijke kracht. Bij de behandeling van psychologische en psychiatrische klachten is de werking vergeleken met die van diazepam; dit is echter een chemisch middel en bovendien werkt dat op zich ook weer verslavend. Onderzoeken bij zowel dieren als mensen hebben aangetoond dat phenibut een vergelijkbare nootropische werking heeft als&nbsp;<strong>piracetam<\/strong>, maar dat het minder krachtig is. Phenibut heeft een beschermend effect op neuronen, evenals nootropische middelen. Bij pati\u00ebnten die behandeld worden voor Parkinson, beschermt phenibut de neuronen die dopamine aanmaken en zorgt het ervoor dat ze gezonder worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bijzondere eigenschappen Phenibut<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Phenibut lijkt eveneens eigenschappen te bezitten die de strijd tegen alcohol-,&nbsp;<strong>ghb<\/strong>&#8211; en tabak<strong>verslaving<\/strong>&nbsp;ondersteunen. Het helpt rokers de drang om een sigaret op te steken te weerstaan, en het kalmeert gevoelens van nervositeit die in dat soort situaties vaak ontstaan. Phenibut is uitermate geschikt om gedurende een korte periode van stress of spanning te gebruiken. Het is niet geschikt om continu te gebruiken. Er treedt namelijk gewenning op ten aanzien van de vele effecten van phenibut (dit geldt waarschijnlijk niet voor de nootropische werking). Het middel zal vanaf de 5e dag van inname gewenningsverschijnselen opwekken. Om die reden wordt het middel meestal gedurende een of twee weken gebruikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gebruikersadvies Phenibut:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Neem twee maal daags twee plantaardige capsules gedurende 2 weken.
