Hij sprong van de publieke tribune met een voorwerp om zijn nek dat was vastgebonden aan de tribune.<\/strong><!--more--><br \/>\nDe politie in Den Haag bevestigt dat de man\u00a0nog in leven is en\u00a0met een ambulance naar een ziekenhuis is gebracht; op NPO waren beelden te zien van kort na het incident. Hans stond de afgelopen twee maanden met een kraampje voor het Kamergebouw postte om te demonstreren tegen de criminalisering van cannabis. Hij werd vorig jaar december veroordeeld voor het bezit van wietplanten, maar kreeg geen straf opgelegd.
