{"id":8552,"date":"2018-10-18T13:02:50","date_gmt":"2018-10-18T13:02:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wapwinkel.com\/blog\/?p=8552"},"modified":"2018-10-18T13:02:50","modified_gmt":"2018-10-18T13:02:50","slug":"celstraf-voor-bezit-ghb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wapwinkel.com\/blog\/celstraf-voor-bezit-ghb\/","title":{"rendered":"Celstraf voor bezit GHB"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De rechtbank in Assen heeft een 34-jarige man uit Emmen veroordeeld tot een gevangenisstraf van 21 dagen voor het in het bezit hebben van de drug GHB.<\/p>\n<p>Op 16 februari 2018 kwam er bij de politie een melding over overlast bij een voormalig bordeel in Emmen. Ter plekke troffen agenten een auto en een man en een vrouw aan die de politieagenten toestemming gaven om in de auto te kijken. Opmerkelijk want het stel had nogal wat te <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wapwinkel.com\/headshop\/safes\/\">verbergen<\/a> voor de politie. Die trof namelijk GHB, MDMA en amfetamine (speed) aan in het voertuig van het tweetal.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens het fouilleren van de man vonden de agenten ook een flesje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wapwinkel.com\/phenibut-ghb-afkickhulp-30-capsules-500-mg.html\">GHB<\/a>. De rechter sprak de man vrij van het dealen van drugs, omdat de verdovende middelen\u00a0die werden aangetroffen in de auto, van de vrouw waren. Zij moet in december voor de rechter verschijnen om haar verhaal te doen. De Emmenaar zit op dit moment in de gevangenis vanwege een veroordeling in een andere zaak.
