staat in het regeerakkoord<\/a>, waar de coalitiepartijen vandaag hun handtekening onder hebben gezet. Met het plan is de nieuwe regering van\u00a0plan drugscriminelen en dealers de wind uit de zeilen nemen. Een ander doel is de fysieke schade voor gebruikers minimaliseren, omdat de staat toezicht krijgt op de kwaliteit van de softdrugs, zo leert het regeerakkoord.<\/p>\nEr is nog weg te gaan voordat het plan werkelijkheid kan worden. Zo moet er een wetsvoorstel worden ingediend, waar het parlement vervolgens akkoord mee moet gaan. Maar dat lijkt slechts een formaliteit.<\/p>\n
Het land legaliseerde in juni dit jaar al het gebruik van cannabis voor medische doeleinden. Deze wiet wordt\u00a0volgens de Luxembourg Times\u00a0nu nog ge\u00efmporteerd uit Canada, waar de teelt, verkoop en het consumeren van cannabis sinds deze herfst officieel is toegestaan. Alweer een land waar ze het – in tegenstelling tot het conservatieve en zeker niet meer liberale Nederland – w\u00e9l snappen.<\/p>\n
De coalitiepartijen willen de cannabis volledig legaliseren voor binnenlandse productie en recreatief gebruik. Er zijn wel wat voorwaarden moeten nog worden vastgesteld. Wel is duidelijk dat de opbrengst van de verkoop zal worden ge\u00efnvesteerd in voorlichting en verslavingspreventie.<\/p>\n
